Health can be measured on three parameter physical, psychological and nutritional. Physical health means the physical appearance of a person; psychological health means the ability in a person to maintain patience ,calm and composure in all circumstances of life. Nutritional health means the presence of essential nutrients in the body to fight disease with immunity.
A healthy diet contains of taking a proper and healthy food which includes eating green and fresh vegetables, fruits, having milk, eggs, minerals,proteins and vitamins essential for a human's lifestyle.  Practising Yoga and exercise in your daily routine makes body healthy.

1. Cardiovasuclar fitness:

Cardiovasuclar fitness related to the aerobic capacity. It is the maximum amount of oxygen you can use while engage the activities. It reduce the blood pressure, reducing the risk of developing coronary heart disease,decrease risk of stroke and heart attack,lower resting heart rate increased bone mass.

  •  Running /Jogging :        

     Running is a way to burn calories and one of the 'go to' methods of cardiovascular exercise . You don't need any equipment which is one of the benefits, and everyone knows how to do it. 


       With jogging you can put as much effort as you want to in, or little, and there is a lot of equipment and many items that have been released specifically for joggers such as special shoes, route planners and calorie counters which can all help you to get more from your workouts.

  •  Cycling :

     Cycling is the way for  weight-bearing activity, but because we are sitting on the bike, your legs don't bear as much of the weight. This makes cycling a good choice for people who have knee pain.

  • Swimming :

   Swimming provides all the benefits of walking, running and cycling, but because our body is supported by water, there is a lot less stress on our joints. From a basic dog paddle to the challenging butterfly stroke, swimming is easily modified to suit any fitness level.
Swimming uses nearly all of the muscles in your body. So it's a great way to build total-body strength and muscle tone. You can swim laps in an indoor or outdoor pool, or hit the beach, lake or pond.

  •  Stair climbing:

     Every time you take the stairs, your heart has to work harder to pump blood to your muscles. A long flight or several flights of stairs can get your heart rate up and make you sweat.
Stair-climbing as a cardio activity provides an excellent workout, building strength in your legs, burning calories and improving cardiovascular function. Put on your sneakers and climb stairs in your apartment or office building or hop on a stair climber at the gym.

2. Nutrition Fitness :

A person can change their body composition through diet without exercise. Nutrition has the largest impact on the fitness.Nutrient-dense foods include lean proteins, health carbohydrates and fats essential to our health. Superfoods are the rich food of vitamin minerals and antioxidants.
